The workflow of a dual DTF printer with a power shaker typically involves the following steps:

- Film printing: Load the film onto the printer's platen, and the dual printheads will simultaneously print the design onto the film using vibrant, full-color inks.
- Powder application: After the design is printed, the power shaker activates, distributing a layer of adhesive powder over the entire printed area.
- Shake and cure: The power shaker then shakes the film, ensuring the adhesive powder is evenly distributed. The film is then cured, allowing the powder to adhere properly to the ink.
- Heat transfer: Place the film onto the fabric, aligning the design properly. Apply heat and pressure using a heat press machine, which activates the adhesive powder, transferring the ink from the film onto the fabric.
- Peel and finish: Once the heat transfer process is complete, peel off the film carefully, leaving the printed design on the fabric. The fabric is then ready for use or additional finishing processes if necessary.
